Issueflow is a newsletter and periodical planning tool operated from the registered office at 152 Deerlands Avenue, Sheffield, England, S5 7WT, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at support@mkastosholdings.shop.

This is the most important thing to know: Issueflow is a planning and drafting studio, not an email platform.

• We do not send emails on your behalf.
• We do not host, import or run your mailing list.
• We do not collect, store or process your subscribers' personal data.

Sending your newsletter and managing your subscriber list happens on your own email platform, under your control and your privacy responsibilities.

• Account data — your name and email when you register.
• Content you create — the newsletter topics, plans and drafts you generate and save.
• Transaction data — the plan you buy. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage & technical data — how you use the app, device and browser info, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

• To provide the studio, save your work and run your subscription.
• To take payment and manage renewals and cancellations.
• To provide support and respond to you.
• To improve the product and keep it secure.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Under UK/EU GDPR we rely on performance of our contract, our legitimate interests, your consent (for optional cookies and marketing) and legal obligations. If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA, and you may exercise your rights to know, delete and correct by contacting us.

We share data only with providers who help us run the service:

• Payments — Stripe. We use Stripe to process card payments. The personal and payment data you enter at checkout is collected and processed by Stripe directly. Stripe may use that data under its own privacy policy and may share it with its service providers and affiliates as described there. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Infrastructure & AI providers that host the app and power generation, acting on our instructions.
• Legal — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EU; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, withdraw consent, and request portability by emailing support@mkastosholdings.shop. UK users may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). We protect your data with encryption in transit and access controls.

Issueflow is not for children under 13, and users aged 13–17 must have permission from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
